I have a source (TP) for getting & putting label to diskette, but it doesn't work with hard disk - and it doesn't recognize lower case letters. Do I have to put this label first with upper case letters by using old-fashioned FCB's, then getting the sector by using int 13h/25h (easy job, anyway) changing the letters in volume ID and put that modofied sector back? Simple question, wasn't it?! ;-) If anybody understood and knows how to do it simpler (like Norton's VL might do is) I'd appreciate to get that info. Feel free to post this group/e-mail me, and many thanks to those who'll try! -- Petri Hartoma, Tre University of Technology, ph62303@tut.fi, ph62303@tut.UUCP, mcsun!tut!ph62303, msdos1@funic.funet.fi (PD Group: public@tut.fi) Moderating MSDOS material in funic.funet.fi (128.214.6.100)
