Does anyone know how to maximize a VIO window?  I don't have the
API reference books with me here.

On a related topic there seems to be certian amount of undocumented
functionality in OS/2.  Examples: enabling vio text paste, having a
vio window come up maximized or sized from the program manager,
etc.  Am I just missing the documentation or is there a lot of
'unsupported' code in os/2?
