A good day to you reader,

This is a desperate message from two persons who work on a software
package called RAVE.
  RAVE, Real-time Audio Video Environment, is a tool to devellop an easy
to use man/machine interface. RAVE operates under OS/9, a real-time
operating system (VMEbus based).
  We want to import images into this software packet. The imagedata is
packed into a 512x512 Pixels framestore without a header. We are looking
for IFF converion programs that are hardware independent.
  In the RAVE manual on page 4-32 from the section OS-9/IFF Support Library,
there are several files listed that we could use.
The names are:
		- IFF.H, IFFR.C, IFFW.C
		- IFFCheck.c,
		- Packer.H, Packer.c, Unpacker.c
		- ILBM.H, ILBMR.C, ILBMW.C
		- ShowILBM.c
		- Raw2ILBM.c

  We are especially interested in the last file , Raw2ILBM.c, a program that
reads raw raster image files and writes the image as a FORM ILBM file.

  We are already in the possesion of IFFprograms for COMMODORE's Amiga.
The computer we use is an OS/9 VMEBus based computersystem.
