Two questions about the NEC CDR-77

	1.  Is it possible to operate it in a 'silent' mode?
	    The darn things sounds like it is spinning all
	    the time; just slightly annoying.

	2.  And now the really important question...
	    How can I play music CDs on it and listen to them
	    with my headphones?
