The Wren VII is listed at 1200MB unformatted, 1050MB formatted (but remember: your mileage may vary). Interface is SCSI, sync or async, 16ms average seek, 15-23 MHz transfer rate. The drive is very fast, in our benchmarks at least, probably due to its internal cache buffer.
