We are setting up a Mac IIci lab here with 4 AppleTalk'ed ImageWriters.
We are using MacIP to log into our Ultrix MicroVAX for terminal emulation.
The problem is this: MacIP does not support printing.  It comes with 
MockPrinter so you can save text to a file and then print the file.  We
have CAP installed on Ultrix and would like to set up a printcap entry
to print to the IWs like we do the LWs.  Has anyone written this?  If
not, I will look into it (although I know very little about the protocol
suite).
