Of course.  The freeware (but extensively tested) TOPS Terminal and
TOPS TCP/IP package has a scripting language, usable for structured
operations (login, etc.) and unstructured operations (macros).  If
your local BBS's don't have TOPS Terminal 1.3, ask 'em why not!
