Given that we've actually used 2,500 out of the 16,000 possible, this might be worth adding to the enormous thrashing among developers as the millenium approaches. It would also legislate away "net 89", and "127.0.0.1". Presumably plenty of the 2 million possible class C nets remain to be allocated... James B.
