At Loyola College, we would like to put the NCSA telnet and ftp packages
on our Novell file servers so that users can get to the various servers.

Is this legal?

Will it work?  Is the NCSA software "sharable" by many users from the
server perspective?

What is the current version of the software?

Have I missed anything?
