I have 2 questions.

1. Somewhere I saw a program on setting up your own router from a PC. Now
   I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can get this file. It was
   called PCROUTE something or other. Any Help would be appreciated.

2. Is there a PING program available in the public domain? If so
   where can I get it?
