You'll find pcroute at accuvax.nwu.edu in pub/pcroute. Currently it only
works with WD cards but I understand a packet driver version is coming.

Another way of doing it is with ka9q tcp-ip, it supports routing and the
packet drivers (but I don't remember where it is).
