Check to make sure all the fonts were "built" and installed properly, including the creation/modification of the fonts.dir and fonts.alias files that should be in your X11fonts directory. 2) $ANDREWDIR/lib/xicons -- these are bitmaps for use with various X window managers such that when an application is iconified you can use something other than the default iconic symbol for it.
