In Hansen: C++ answer book a coroutine package (pg 395 ...) 
has been described. Can anyone mail me these classes and tell me
his/her experience. I would like to translate the SIMULA/DEMOS
package using a coroutine package into C++.
(Students dislike the Algol-60 syntax, but the PI-approach in simulation
modelling is preferable in my opinion).
Please do not tell me that I should buy SIM++ .
