I heard that Readysoft planned on suing if they sold it. Anyway, I DOUBT w/ a capital D, that they would have come out w/ it regardless. Considering it took them 6 mo. of delays to finish their enhanced unidrive they promised me last year, and considering their Impact hard drive has yet to materialize from the Land of Vapor, I'd say, don't even give them a second thought. Jason btw, I do have their regular Unidrve based on a Fugitsu 3.5 drive... it's rock solid, rugged and built very well. I compares much more favorably than the Air and CA-880's w/ mechanisms built in Taiwan. (IMHO only of course)
