I have a defective copy of Ultima V, (seems like most of them were defective, C= too) which I bought 2 months ago. After attemting for a week straight to get through to their 800 number (you can get that by dialing 800 info [1-800-555-1212]), I finally did. They gave me a toll number to call, which I did. After saying I was having trouble with 5, she said "Does it say "Offset Map" in the corner, I said "Yes, it does" and she took my name and address. Then the elusive "I'll get a disk RIGHT out to you..." Click.... SURE you will. Still waiting. Chris
