Yes, the Atari Megafile 44 is available in the US, and has been for several
months now...   Atari quietly slipped it into distribution with no fanfare,
no marketing, and very little availability.
 
They're available at your local Atari dealer... if you're lucky enough to
live anywhere near the approximately  43  Atari dealers left in the entire
country...
 
You might call Atari Corp and see if they'll sell you one directly... or
a better idea might be to contact a company that's actually interested in
selling a product like this, like Toad Computers or ABCO for example.
