Terminator is on the verge of being back in the mail business. BART
(bart for short) is in the hands of some valiant beta-testers who have
volunteered to make sure I didn't mess it up too badly.

With any luck, terminator will be open for mail business within the
week. I will post an article here when we are ready.

I am arranging for other sites to test bart. Eventually, the code
will be released to the net.
