There's one too many 0's there. It should be 13222-60001. It is available
via the HP Direct line - 800 538-8787 for $95. The pin-outs are:

Note, I do not know if this is the cable you need. My documentation says 
this cable is used as: 262X Terminal connection to HP 1000, 2000, 3000
multiplexors; 103A; 202C, D, S, T; 212A and VADIC modems; Acoustic
Couplers (signal compatible only). For specific applications, I recommend
getting your sales rep involved.
