There is a newsgroup, misc.forsale.computers, devoted to this topic.
If you get it at your site, that would be a good place to look for
people offering to sell computers, or to post a "wanted" article.

Also, you should say about how much money you want to spend, and what
you will use the system for.  Otherwise, I can't know what sort of
system to suggest.
