It runs in DOS, and uses DBASE III+ file structures for Index files, and is Network knowledgable. I have been written an online registraion system on a Novell Network using it, and have converted may System 34 Programs using it. I have found a few bugs in it, but it has gotten pretty good. Have just ordered the latest update 3.1, and this should fix the record locking problems I ran into.
