Is there a TSR program available to translate mouse events into keystrokes
(e.g. on button up and button down emit some escape sequence encoding the
button states and screen coordinates)?  I would like such a beast to use my
pc mouse with gnu-emacs over a serial line, under procomm.  I can easily
handle the emacs, the pc is the problem.  There are scads of mouse utils on
simtel, but from their descriptions nothing looks very close to this (with
enough hacking, I suppose anything is "close").
