There's a large number of programs and texts related to Russian text processing
on LISTSERV@UBVM.CC.BUFFALO.EDU. Just send it mail saying 'GET RUSTEX-L
FILELIST', and see what's of interest. DOSGOST UUEARC and DOSGOSTS UUEARC will
provide Russian support for MS-DOS + VGA (or EGA); if you meant something else
by 'IBM', you sure didn't say so. :)

If your visitor has a e-mailbox and can read English, he might be interested to
browse through the list archives and/or to subscribe to the list during his
stay.
