There's very little difference on the surface, mostly bug fixes
(though I never had much trouble with bugs) and supposedly some
performance improvements (though I haven't noticed any difference in
speed on my MacII).  As I recall, the most significant change is the
addition of multilingual dictionaries, but I don't have the
documentation here at work.
