Hi.  My wife is marketing  director of a professional tax 
preparation software company.  They also thought of doing the 
1-900 route.  I thought it was a great idea, the company thought 
it was a great idea, the customers thought it sucked.  They 
wanted to either get the tech support for free or pay a set fee 
and get unlimited support.  Only caveat is that these guys are 
professional accountants (ie: aliens).
