The utility (at least the one I know about) was a UNIX(R) utility written in
lex.  Yes, "valspeak" was its name.  Unfortunately, I have only a copy of the
compiled binary (on a mainframe, no less).  I'd like to see the lex source
again one of these days, just for fun.
