I just received my FullWrite Professional Version 1.1 Update today, and
I can tell you what it says in the cover letter:

- Improved outliner stability (apparently the outliner screwed up
  on occasion
  
- Access to Multi-lingual dictionaries, which are available from
  Ashton-Tate @ $49 a piece.
  
- Documentation tag limit removed

- Stability in Low Memory situations (apparently FW 'quit unexpectedly'
  when it ran out of memory)
  
The cover letter says that the dictionaries have changed format, and
user dictionaries are not fully compatible - they have a problem with
cpaitalization recognition.
