Many people that I know took advantage of the offer and received their versions in a couple of weeks. The demand however, may have been so large that new 1.1 product might need to be built. In any case, the best idea would be to call customer service at (213) 329-9989. Yes, there are people to solve your problem, but the wait may be longer than usual because of the increased interest in the next release of dBASE PC. There is also a bulletin board through problems like this can be tackled. I don't have the information on access right this second, but I'll post it to the net as soon as I can.
