Microsoft UK route you through to support who never answer their phones and never ring back when you leave messages on their answering machine. I have been trying for three weeks to get something out of Microsoft to no avail. If anybody in the UK has Word 4.00B or knows how to upgrade Superpaint now that TMC have gone, let me know. Simon.
