Excuse me for hopping on this thread, but I'd like to ask a
question about MacLayers.

I recently installed it on my Mac and host, and I'm finding it
quite useful. However, I can't seem to figure out how to
download a non-HQX file. When I try using the Xmodem which
is on my host already (sx), then invoking Download File on the
MacLayers end, it only bombs out (I mean literally - the MacLayers
bombs completely). Any suggestions? I'm sure it's something I
am doing wrong, but I don't know what.
