Heh. Lock the druid guard in the manacles -- you must do this first. It might take a couple of tries, but it's certainly worth it. Once the druid guard is incapacitated, beat the living hell out of the chief torturer. (S)he isn't going to do much damage with the whip, save un-wielding your weapons for you. Gosh... it's been a while since I've played, but here's a suggestion... Down in the southern part of level one there's a spiral passage. Explore it. Revealing hint: you might want the explorer to be wearing the ring of levitation. Cheers... Adam
