Does an XCMD exist which will copy a file from any volume to the same or any
other volume?  I've found file copying and moving XCMDs which will copy/move
to another place within the same volume (those in Dartmouth XCMD's 3.1, and
Developer's Stack 1.2r), but I need to copy/move to a different volume.
