	it's a moderated group which means that your software should know
	to send it by mail to the moderator

	if that doesn't work for you, send your submission as email to

			macgifts@rascal.ics.utexas.edu
	or
			....!uunet!rascal.ics.utexas.edu!macgifts

	from where it gets forwarded to the the moderator....
