Does anyone know why fonts generally don't come in 20 point size?  It
seems very strange that I can get reasonably high quality print on an
ImageWriter II (via font doubling) at 9 point (too small) and 12 point
(too big), but not at 10 point (just right). 

How does ATM do at fixing this problem?
