Ok, this is a useful feature which is missing in MS Windows, version 2 (and 3, as far as I can tell). This is why some people would like to switch to OS/2 with presentation manager, which HAS this capability. It is simulated with a large hidden file if the old FAT file system is used, and is built into the new High Performance File System. Wolfgang Strobl #include
