I am new to the Motorola DSP, and DSPs in general, but have a long
history of assembly programming. I'd like to know the best way to
get into DSP programming. What books or resources should I pick up?
How much does Motorola charge for their technical spec book, and
who should I talk to for ordering it?

The development and target machine is a NeXT.
