Ah!  So there IS a reasonable terminal emulator that uses the NeXT windowing
  system.  I posted a request for such info at the beginning of this week
  but have gotten no replies as of yet.

So what is this program, what does it do, and how can it be obtained?  I am
  very interested in something with these features you mentioned...
