Is there a tool out there somewhere - or perhaps an undocumented flag -
which permits one to create multi-colored icons?  When I look at an icon
which has multiple colors, such as the icon for calctool, I see some
indications of how the colors are created.  But I have yet to see a tool
that would allow me to create one of these things.
