On our 3/470 system under SunOS 4.1, the Exabyte has to be set at SCSI I.D. #5 and we had to do a MAKEDEV on st3 (?? I forget which of the st devices it is, sorry... :-( ) and use /dev/rst9 (this I'm sure of :-) ) to access the tape.
