I have been asked if there is any computer based training available that
will run on a Sun Workstation. The areas of interest are Unix, Systems
Admin, and C programming.

Any information on video based training would also be appreciated (I am
aware of courses offered by Sun). Please email and I'll summarize if there
is sufficient interest.
