I'm using a Falco 5220e terminal right now to respond.  According to
my terminal manual, there is only one keyboard for this terminal,
the F5220.

Hmmm... my document shows VT320/220/100/52 & TEK4010/4014 support.
I have not used the Tektronix support, and I'm currently using the
VT100 emulation.

The keyboard I'm using has the <ESC> key right above the control key
(<ctrl>), which is right above the shift key.  The control key is
next to the shift-lock key and the escape key is right next to the
tab key (which is next to Q).  The escape key does generate ASCII
code ^[ for me.  Some keys are re-programmable.  I've got the
unshifted delete key set to backspace (control-h).
