Xlife 2.0 is now available from expo.lcs.mit.edu in

contrib/xlife.2.0.tar.Z

Changes in this release:

1) many new patterns in the collection 
(many thanks to Dean Hickerson, Bill Gosper and others for the additions)

2) fixed to work in X11R4
(a pox on whoever changed the calling semanatics of XFillRectangles :-)
