I found that the best solution is to buy from a vendor who is capable of providing the support I need. I get my ISC software and support from DELL in Austin. I don't know if they will sell their software for other than DELL machines, but if they will or if you have DELL hardware you can't beat DELLs technical help. Mike Heidt
