It doesn't matter - you still have to purchase a support contract. The big change came on 15th of May - I was right in the middle of a large installation at the time and screaming for help. One week I called (yes, from Australia :-(), and I got excellent support; the next week I was hit with "sorry, you need to have a support contract". On the positive side, when I made my desperation known, they did help out, but they stated that either we get a support contract, or we go though our local distributors. Unfortunately, at the time we had already exhausted the latter resource.
