        19" 8 plane color monitor, 8 meg system memory,
        Ethernet interface & 6 foot drop cable,
        Serial interface, switchable from 300-38,400 baud
        TK50 (90 megabyte) cartridge tape drive,
        RD54 (154 megabyte) hard disk drive,
        Ultrix 2.1 with all manuals (BSD based Unix,
                X-Windows windowing software),
        One open full length Q-Bus backplane slot,
	Keyboard, mouse, all the system manuals.

This system is 1.5 years old.  Current new pricing from DEC
on this model with the above equipment is $40,000+ at
their list price (no discounts applied).  Asking price
