Hello fellow experts,

 I need to get a knowledge on how to extract various info. on CPU load and page
faults on a per process basis.

 I've tried the GETRUSAGE system call but that can not extract info. of
another process than itself is running in.

 I want to write a process monitor for X Windows who can monit a
specific process/window.

 Anyone who can give me a hint on a book that covers such tiny details?
