Has anyone retrofitted the combination box control that's available in
os/2 1.2 Presentation Manager and Windows 3.0.

If you're willing to share some code or hints, send them this way!

I'm going to be creating a dialog that displays a large table of
items each of which can be set to a know range of values. The 
DropDownList style of combination box looks like a good way to do this.
