Subject: Help:  Winword won't print the top lines of my documents

I'm running winword using windows/386 v 2.1.1 and using a Panasonic kx-p1124 printer.  After I have saved my document and goto print preview, the document looks fine.  However, whenever I print anything, the top few lines after the margin do not print, even though they show up fine on the preview.  Can anyone help me?  (Incidentily, I can't refer to my manuals because they were packed away for the summer.)  Thanks.
