The motif documentation (OSF/Motif Programmer's Guide) specifies that
some of the Draw routines have an argument that is of type "Byte"
(pages 8-12 and 8-13).  I cannot find it defined or typedef'ed
anywhere.  Is this a documentation error, or have I just not looked in
the right place.  Thank you.
