I have a problem running xterm under OLWM from the MIT tape.
This is what happens.

I do the following "stty erase ^h" in my .findterm file.  Then
I put a line "xterm -si -sl1000" in my .xinitrc file so that when
OLWM comes up, I get a xterm window.  The backspace key works (erase) 
fine in this window.  

I create my own root menu using .olwmmenu with xterm as one of
the item.  Each time I use this menu to get an xterm window, 
I lost the my backspace key (in another words, I have to 
erase with my delete key). 

Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
