Message-ID: <283@uucs1.UUCP> Date: 28 Jun 90 00:51:00 GMT Reply-To: gaf@uucs1.UUCP () Organization: UUCS inc., Phoenix Az Lines: 19 Yes, sadly this is another "how to do it" question. Sigh. I want to create a FormDialog in UIL which includes a ScrolledList, but am finding that things go awry. It seems that trying to attach to it by referencing it elsewhere as a topWidget, leftWidget, etc results in the attaching thing not showing up in the dialog. I presume this is because XmCreateScrolledList (I also presume this is called when the UIL file is loaded) returns the widget ID of the Listbox itself (instead of its ScrolledWindow parent) causing attachment to the wrong widget. How does one use a ScrolledList in a dialog with UIL?? I want to attach it to things, and attach other things to it in a FormDialog, but don't have the ScrolledWindow widget ID. Yuck. -- Guy Finney It's that feeling of deja-vu UUCS inc. Phoenix, Az all over again. ncar!noao!asuvax!hrc!uucs1!gaf sun!sunburn!gtx!uucs1!gaf
